Major Distributor/Manufacturer seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our organization. As the CIO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company’s information technology systems and strategies. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation, implementing new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

Duties:
– Develop and implement the company’s overall IT strategy in alignment with business objectives
– Lead and manage the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
– Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure
– Ensure the security and integrity of data, networks, and systems
– Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement
– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
– Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
– Develop and monitor IT budgets

Skills:
– Extensive experience in WAN (Wide Area Network) management and optimization
– Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools and practices
– Proven track record in senior leadership roles within the IT field
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or .NET
– Familiarity with PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance standards
– Experience with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite
– Knowledge of big data technologies and platforms, such as MongoDB
– Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and applications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $200,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year
