Paige is a natural connecter. Her career started as a Matchmaking Specialist at an International Matchmaking Firm. She was quickly promoted to their Director of Matchmaking Sales with an unsurpassed success rate. After many years in that role, it was time for a change. What would be better fit than matchmaking professionals with their perfect job! She accepted a Recruiter position at a local Recruitment Firm and became their Top Recruiter within a few short months. After three great years with the firm, Paige decided she wanted her own Boutique Recruitment firm that focused not only on finding people jobs but creating long lasting relationships with candidates and clients as well as providing career services to those that are in need. Finding the right fit is Essential and alas Essential Associates was founded.

Paige has BA Degree from Towson University in Mass Communications Psychology. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, the beach and dining out.
