Office Manager (Must Speak Spanish)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Must speak Spanish.
Responsibilities
– Manage and supervise office staff to ensure smooth operations
– Handle front desk duties including answering phones and greeting visitors
– Communicate effectively with team members and external parties
– Coordinate and manage schedules and calendars
– Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
– Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
Experience
– Proven experience in office management or a similar role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in using office software for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Previous experience in team management is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $43,000.00 per year
